Nintendo’s Indie World showcase coming on April 17th

The next indie games presentation with around 20 minutes of content is coming tomorrow.

As much as we would love to see a proper Nintendo Direct as soon as possible, I think we all appreciate a good indie games showcase. Smaller developers have had a great run with the Nintendo Switch. With many classic titles given a second life on the console, the community for indie titles has grown strong with Nintendo.

And now we will see even more of the awesome titles, I’m sure. Many, and I mean MANY fans are waiting for a release date for Hollow Knight: Silksong, myself included. Like, come on, it’s been so long.

Anyway, I hope to see awesome indie games released soon on the Switch. Don’t mind the ever-growing list of unfinished games on my system. It’s starting to look a bit like a Steam shame library, but who cares. I’ll play as much as I can and I’m sure, I will enjoy every single title I chose.

While we all have fun with so many awesome games, I hope the Switch successor will be at least as good of an indie games vessel as our favorite handheld-hybrid-home console.

The presentation will take place tomorrow, April 17th at 10 AM EST. You can watch it right here:
